ICE BIKE 2009!

Most people who know me know I am an avid cyclist. Both road and mountain. Every now and then when conditions are right I break out the "Ice Bike". The Ice Bike is my old mountain bike fitted with "Ice Tires" that I made myself about 8 years ago. As you can see by the close up shots they will go anywhere. People up north actually ride them on frozen lakes. Needless to say it's always an adventure when the Ice Bike makes an appearance.

These shots were taken on the Flat Laurel Creek Trail in Pisgah National Forest, Haywood County, North Carolina.

WNC MAGAZINE BRIDAL PARTY

Here I am chatting with a bride at the WNC Magazine bridal party last Thursday night in Asheville. They had lots of vendor displays, a bridal fashion show, food and drink. Proceeds went to the charity Climbing Towards Confidence.

2009 WEDDING FESTIVAL

I'd like to thank all of the beautiful brides who stopped to chat and check out my work at the Wedding Festival in Asheville this past Saturday. Jamie and I had a great time with everyone! I would also like to thank Jamie for helping me get my display together. From conception to completion, I could not have done it without you.
